I trained with Coach Marcus while on location in Georgia for about three months. I’m a 55-year-old writer, so pretty sedentary. I knew I needed to get back to working out regularly, so I could build muscle, improve my balance, and find motivation.
Coach Marcus is the best! I’ve learned a ton of new exercises that got me off of the machines and focusing on balance, core, and more than one muscle at a time. He pushed my limits and encouraged me on while showing me proper form and explaining what the exercise is meant to do. Amazing. And fun.
